Gah, it's so blatantly obvious that Chaos Space Marines are superior to everyone and everything! :P

I would probably rate the Eldar second... granted, they're arguably more flexible than Chaos but they just don't have the same survivability or edge in combat. Watching an Eldar army melt away in a battle of attrition is plain hilarious! :laugh:

In the old rules, Tyranid Hive Tyrants were almost unbeatable! Glad thats changed.

Anyway, I reckon Eldar models are the best looking, & I may buy a Wraithlord just because it is a nice model. What are your all fav models?

my fav model is Kharne the Betrayer .....he has a weird sort of "hello i'm a bloodthirsty barbarian" look to him =]
but most of the larger tyranid creatures look cool
i've never been a fan of Eldar models ... the pointy eared skinny lil freaks
and for the record ...Eldar suck ass on the battlefeild against Khornite forces, in fact ..they suck so much that i've personnaly watched 2 7 man striking scorpion squads fall to 2 Khorne Berserkers armed with chain axes and bolt pistols(although that was a 1 off and i've never had it happen again ....mostly cos they never live that long now :E)

my 1st 40k and EPIC armies were Chaos (40k Khorne only, EPIC mixed traitors) but i now maintain a Space Marine force as well as my Khorne legion... i also assist my lil bro in his Eldar recruiting mission :)

My army is based on a spacemarine chapter that went rogue while assisting a rogue trader fleet on the eastern fringe farily recently(ie not 10000 years ago) and turned to chaos while many of the brothers stayed with chaos undivided many (including the chapter master) truned to khrone while a smaller group turned to tzeentch(mainly the libraians and some of the techmarines) generally this means i feild lots of bezerkers and chapions with marks of khorne but it means i can include some undivided squads for fire support etc.
