well this is my guide to what decks and setups are like.
First of all i reccomend A light pop deck. These are manufactured generally by companies like shorty's, element and foundation. The best i think is shorty's.
Trucks should be light. Destructo, royal are good choices and tensor.
Wheels. dont get hyped into buying wheels by look OR decks.
I suggest around 52-56mm plain wheels.
Bearings i suggest lucky's or destructo cos they are quite fast.
grip tape should be black magic(by shorty's)this is a very good grip indeed.
The first trick you are bound to learn is probably just a plain ordinary wheelie. Get good at this and you will benefit from this later on.
After rolling around learn the ollie(consult bobstricktips.com).
DONT go into heelflips or anything until you know the ollie properly.
PART 1 ends. Next part- Skateboarding more tricks and industry of skateshops.
