( Wile E is also my second favourite animated Villain of ALL-time )
/wile holds up placard that says 'Thanks'

the x men cartoon kicks ass too- especially gambit
starscream
24-12-2000, 02:01
the X-men cartoon started to annoy me after a while as it deviated so much from the comic, although there was a fantastic 2-parter called Time Fugitives featuring Bishop & Cable where it dealt with the Legacy virus much better than in the comic. Also Wolverine should have sounded Canadian like he did the times he was on Spiderman & Amazing friends, I mean whats that all aboot

i never read the comic so it didnt bother me

The programme got sort of terminated by the PTC in America. Apparently the PTC complained about the amount of violence and the fact that the cartoon was darker than most so they sought to end it. They didn`t but the creators stopped work to avoid anymore confrontation. They never got home. But recently D&D was and is being repeated on Fox kids, with a hope that if enough people watch it they might get the writers back to finally finish what they started:)
On the Robotech front does anyone remember it being on Premiere Movie Channel (before Sky brought it)and that it was part of a anime double bill on Sundays alongside Captain Harlock and The Queen of a Thousand years? An episodes of Robotech and an of episode Captain Harlock, now that was heaven:)
The D&D film is out in America (actors not cartoons), but its supposed to suck bigtime!! :cheese:
