What's the saddest Buffy or Angel that you have seen?

Only just stumbled upon these forums.....so what is it, my top one would have to be Hero from Angel series one ;(

Or what about I will not forget you, the one after Hero?

Becoming is sad too, to many to mention, think I will go and cry now :E

'Becoming' is the saddest episode I've seen, although I thought 'Hero' was also very sad.

The saddest Angel ones are the ones where Doyle dies and when Angel becomes human for a while. Both made me cry, dunno bout ne1 else...

The ones that, for me, were the most physically saddenning were, undoubtably, Becoming Pt. II, I Will Always Remember You and Hero.

But for me, the most emotionally shattering episode is Passion, when Angel murders Jenny Calendar.

Angel's voiceovers regarding passion, and it's power over our lives, are deeply moving, as are Buffy's closing thoughts.

the two saddest angels have to be when he got the ring to let him go out in daylight and then he smashed it and the one where he turned human but asked for it to be reversed

My saddest episodes are becoming (where buffy kills off angel..cried LOTS) Hero (where Doyle dies..again cried) and the one where Angel becomes human. So pretty much the same as everyone else! But theres one episode of Buffy im NOT looking forward to, the one where Oz comes back to Willow only to find out shes got Tara and doesnt want him. I dont know what that episodes called but I got the Watchers Guide (Vols 1 &2 sad I know!) and just the thought of that one made me well up!

Saddest angel's have to be..Hero and the one where he has a perfect day with buff and then becomes a vampy again..

Saddest buffy is when jenny dies...Its also one of the best : )

hero is the most saddest, just as Dolye gets his life back on track he has to sacrifcie himself to save his people. And just before he jumps he turns around in demon form to cordy and says ' i guess we will never know if this is a face u could have grown to love'.
