Check in the BIOS for an internal or CPU cache option, then set it to enabled.

Should be it, doubt they forgot to put the cache in the duron ;)

I have a Duron 800 with the same motherboard, and it doesn't actually have a CPU cache enable/disable option for some reason - I think it hides it and tries to autodetect. I've been having the same problem, though, and the latest flash update from the Gigabyte site hasn't helped. Anybody have any alternative solutions?

Thanks,
