you need 2 nic's in one machine (the one connected to the modem), then setup ics with the nic connected to the modem as the source.

you may have to tell IE etc on the other machine to automatically detect settings.

the tcp/ip for the lan nic on you ics server should be set to 192.168.0.1 and the other machine as 192.168.0.2 (if not already set up).

i think that is the basics (brain is not working very well due to cold/flu and ear infection).

Some light reading from Micro$soft (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q234/8/15.ASP)

ICS is probably the easiest and best way, without spending a fortune.

Alternatively, you could use Sygate newtwoking ting.

Doesn't Millenium do this a lot better/easier?
I know this may not be much help to EasyGroove, but I'll be doing something similar soon, hopefully. :)

You don't say if your using Blueyonder or NTL, I think in both cases though the mac address (http://whatis.techtarget.com/WhatIs_Search_Results_Exact/1,282033,,00.html?query=mac+address) of the nic is registered so that you can't go just plugging the CM into any old pc you've got lying around... I think though in the case of NTL boxes you can reset the modem which takes a few minutes, not sure about the TW one.
