TNT2 Ultra wont work with Abit KT7 Help!

Just built the system below;-
Everything works ok until I play a 3d game. The moment it starts ( Im lucky it I see 3 seconds) the computer reboots. Why?
Ive also got the lastest via 4 in 1 drivers and nvidia det 3 634. the Bios is UL.

My old ATI rage pro 4mb works in the system. The TNT has aways worked in my last 2 systems why not now?

Please someone reply, to keep this post near beginning.

Hmmm, it's probably a bit far fetched but I think I remember reading about some problems with Athlon chips and earlier Nvida chips, possibly GeForce and maybe even the TNT stuff. I'm nowhere near certain of this but maybe it's of use?

Make sure your graphics card and other cards are not sharing an IRQ.
