ok so
ive had me line test done and passed(first test ever past btw)
so now im waiting until fri 19th jan
but me modems gone tits up me ping was bout 160-200 now its about 2000 and cant connect above 40k used to get 45
dont even ask what dl i get
is it saaaaing that the bt engineers have done
please save me from my high ping misery :{:{:{

What ISP are you using?

Try a different ISP like WP Direct, and see what pings you get.

Also try these websites for tweaking:

ive tried 3 different isp lineone freeserve and wp direct
there all the same
already tweaked me modem loads it was working fine until this week

This is normal. BT install equipment at the exchange when you've passed the line test. This affects the connection on your modem. Nothing to worry about.
