try ispeed from http:www.hms.com as I have a software piece of **** and I'm conecting with a speed of 50,666 and a ping in conterstrike of 190 most times and thats good for CS.

Thats Dr.TCP and its a good little program expecially for changing MTU :E
PS. You will need to reboot after making the changes.
