Ikonboard: Stage 3

OK, on an NT server, I installed all the files, got to stage 3 of the Installation Wizard, and it said that I had all my files correctly uploaded, and members folder (along with the rest) were writable, it wouldn't let me register my name as an Admin, it just said, "Software Error" and talked about being unable to upload tiger.cgi in the members folder,

why is this, and how do i sort it?

Think I might be misunderstanding you, but here goes anyway... are you saying that you have the Ikonboard setup already? If so, Admin is already pre-registered... Yeah, I think I'm misunderstanding you! :E (It happens!) I'm not sure about NT setup... I setup my Ikonboard on a Linux server.
I would recommend heading along to the Ikonboard Support forums... normally very good help there as well!

No, I have all the files installed in FTP, and during the Install Wizard thing, it was that all my files are correcly installed, and all my files writable, but in Stage 3, the point where your meant to Register yourself as the Admin, so you can get into the Admin center.
When I try to register my self as the Amin, it just says "Software Error", and says it cannot create the Tiger.cgi file in the members folder (but the members folder is meant to be writable according to the wizard"
