I forgot my password and have tried everything on the website. I tried to create a new username and password but can`t subscribe and it won`t let me play the game until I subscribe. To subscribe I, as you know, need to type in the number on the back of the CD case. Everytime I type it in it says that its already been "Redeemed", so I can`t subscribe. I have spoken with the Zonemaster chap and he says he can`t do anything and to look on the website for info. I just want to get back on and play again:{ Does anyone have any ideas?

you need to contact zone billing and have them either change the password or email you the password to the email you entered in the 1st place. but aslong as you have you credit card info zone billing will help :)

Thats another problem zone billing have no record of my username. I would try my credit card if I knew how? Me`s is confused:confused::)

you should only have to give them your credit card info so they search for the account under that, since that proves you are paying for it and it belongs to you :)

Microsoft Asheron's Call, version 1.0 for MSN Gaming Zone

SYMPTOMS
When you click Submit to redeem the subscription coupon number for Microsoft Asheron's Call, you may receive the following error message:

The Subscription Coupon Number you entered has already been redeemed.



CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the subscription coupon number has already been used.

A coupon for one month of free game play is provided with each copy of Asheron's Call. This coupon can only be redeemed once.



RESOLUTION
Because you can only use a coupon once for a single Zone user and the coupon is required to subscribe to play Asheron's Call on the Zone, other Zone users must buy a separate copy of Asheron's Call to obtain a coupon.

Once you have redeemed the coupon using a particular Zone name, you must continue using that Zone name to play Asheron's Call. You cannot transfer the account to another Zone name or resubscribe using a different name.

If you are sure that no one has used the coupon included in your copy of Asheron's Call, please exchange your copy of Asheron's Call for a new one from the point of purchase.

you dont follow me m8, simply contact zone billing telling them you have lost/forgot your zone name/username. but you have paid for an ac subscription on a certain date, they will then use your credit card info to find your zone name/password. and they will give you the info as your credit card info will match to prove it is your account :)

How? I`ve found a form to fill out, filled it out, but I need to know where to put the credit card number. They have a big ocean of a site with a little fish like me, trying to swim in it. Still:confused:
