No I don't think so, you just use their existing number.

But always a good idea to eamil to be sure.

Nope, Just use the existing number, The rack on the other site will determine if you are using a modem or and ISDN Ta and route you to the appropiate place...

Does for me anyways (who's just recently gone HH) :E

Puz is right, just use the normal number that the brower installs on installation :)

Actually on my 56k I find WPdirect drops me and i get packetloss sometimes and its all very irritating, so I gave up and dredged up the old WP-Internet number and its much better :D
But I wont tell you what it is cos then you'll all use that one instead and lag me up :P

I think, if I remember correctly, that the wpinternet number is basically a rebranded btinternet number...

Maybe have a loot at http://www.lagless.com and post on the modems/helpdesk forum to try and get the WPD number working - it would imagine that if you can sort the problems it should be better.

Has been about 7 months since using WPD though, so not sure how it is generally at the moment..
