Ehem im really not a newbie to Half-Life, i play it since it was released but WTF is Day of Defeat?
Is it a mod? Where can i download it?
Yup, its a WW2 mod kinda thing, its really good....

Am and dude the thing is i live and Germnay and i dont have free internet i have to pay for every minute im onlin...

it is an identical theme to war in Europe..but better implemented...also there are objectives to fulfill as opposed to the straight deathmatch that war in Europe was
also there seem to be a large number of German players, I know this mainly because of the lack of UK based servers I have been playing on mainly European ones.

Are the mod designers german?
Its just that there is a german version of the website
they're american/canadian i think
the german version is probably because the version we play is illeagal in germany sue to some of the content, the nazi logos and such
illegal? cool :E

yep I am sure displaying a swastika is illegal in germany..so the flags in the town maps may cause them some problems...
you can also be arrested in Germany for giving a Nazi Salute
