Poxy Outlook Express 5 problem!

I ain't happy.

I've been locked out of Outlook Express. When I double click on the icon / actual file within directory, nothing happens. I've tried re-installing it, but this hasn't helped.

I've also downloaded and re-installed Internet Explorer 5.1 from the MS website.

As you can see, nothing works. Any ideas? Help much appreciated.

I think I had that once, create a new shortcut to it and run that so it creates a new PIF. That and regclean are the only things I can think of.
