Big Debate - Best DoD map atm

So come on and discuss which is the best? Which makes you feel like your there? Which makes the best Pie? and how would you improve it?

Mine is Caen
Just a kicking map, lots of snipey holes, and a fast map if you just want to pelt it. Lots of nooks and crannys, and lots of cover. makes for good gaming.

Improvements - Maybe make the turrents more useful?
Axis can be pinned down easily in their 'area' with the main 'Square' usually under allie control, and not a back and forth cap area that it should be.
Clipping problems, but im sure thats down to my Voodoo card (and all voodoo's in general)

mine would be vn61.. closey? followed by omaha and caen.. only f*ckin annoyin thing about vn61 is that tnt doesnt get returned so if some turd runs off with it and dies and doesnt tell u where it is then allies cant win..

Caen is without a doubt the best DoD map so far. The tanks are a bit dodgy and the gun turrets dont move at a reasonable speed but asides from this its the only map you can literally hide someplace and never be found for the duration :). Second is Omaha though some more spawn points are needed.

Caen is the best map IMO. Has anyone checked out dod_dam? Well dont :).

Its dark dingy and your flashlight doesnt do much help. It would probably be a good map if you could see where you are going and what is in front of you.

yes dam is very dark and dingy had a bit of trouble telling friend from foe.but apart from that this mod is top notch!

Not really given much choice as 90% of the maps need to be ditched.

Cean is the only good map in the mod.

I like Dam, just because it makes you think doesnt mean its a crap map. If you're not sure who someone is then dont shoot, put your sights on the person and it'll tell you.
I like dark maps, it gives you the opportunity to sneak about.
