Hi guys,
I recently became the proud owner of a Cyborg 3D USB (hey it's cheap, and force feedack is for perverts :naughty:) - unfortunately there seems to be a bit of a problem with calibrating the durned thing.
I calibrate it fine through windows control panel, following al the instructions etc. Then when I go back to the 'test' tab in the joystick control panel bitty the crosshair is up and to the left of the center. No matter how often I calibrate it I still get this offset.
Anyways - in Crimson Skies (one of the two games I bought it for, the other being Air Attack) this translates to the plane always veering off slightly up and to the left. In Air Attack it's fine however as I use the in-game callibration menu to set it up.
Any ideas? Dodgy joystick, driver problem or just bad luck?
Cheers,
Skunk
