Are ADSL and Asherons call compatable?

Only reason i ask is that i heard that Openworld (and some other suppliers) are blocking some ports.

Is this true and has anyone here got Asherons call Working with ADSL (Either Router or USB install).

Before i take the plunge (at work) I'd like to know!

yes, I'm almost certain it will work, just like every other game works...

btw, afaik, there aren't any ports blocked on openworld USB. I have it, and everything (icq/irc/games) work fine.

Thanks for the reply.. but i would like to hear confirmation from someone who has actually used AC with it - cos it uses a very unusual set of ports (all UDP). Thanks.

Yes! I've used it- not been logged in for huge amounts of time yet, but it does appear to be completely compatible...

Good job a it's one of the main reasons I got ADSL in the first place!!
