Whats the best way to set up a printable document on a web page?
Basically I want to put up a membership form that can be printed off the browser then snail mailed to someone. I want it to be non sensitive to resolution, ie the form must print at the right size whether it is on 640 x 480 or 1086x 768.
Usually I would just play about and experiment with meh printer but I havent got it tonight so though someone on here might be able to help.
