Wednesday - After a few weeks off of Skateboarding due to being extremely busy I went back on my board today, me and my Friends practiced on my Skateboard before, during and after the rehearsal for a really messed up play we are doing, I learnt how to Ollie ok (I hadn't been sliding my foot forwards because I thought that was just to level out when you are alreay high up) and after stopping by one of their houses for a few hours to play Dreamcast a few of us went to the Skatepark around the corner.

The park was fairly small but contained 3 bowls leading into eachother each getting progressively bigger (4 foot quarter Pipe bowl, 6 foot quarter pipe bowl, 10 foot vert bowl) as well as a bench, some steps and a few humps in the bowls, me and my friends practiced going down the small quarter pipe and by the time we left we could go down it and stay on the board afterwards pretty much every time, we decided to go after a few painful falls on the 6 foot quarter Pipe.

Overall it was a pretty good day, I adjusted my board so it doesn't go off to the side (although it still doesn't turn properly), I can Ollie pretty well for a beginner now and the only proper injury I got was when one of my friends fell off of the board and it went flying into my leg and gave me a 3 inch cut :E

We will be getting some pads and coming back to the park with my friends on Sunday at 8:00AM so we can have the park to ourselves for an hour or two, 2 of my friends will be getting boards and 1 will be Blading :D

We will probably all Skateboard every wednesday after drama and I will be Skateboarding at PS park on fridays during the day when its less busy, when we get better we will all go to PS when there are more people there since my friends can't Skateboard on fridays ;(

Move to London, preferably Ealing ;)

I was wrong about the cut being the worst injury, I'm still limping from a fall off of the big quarter pipe ;(

I'm gonna have to get some pads soon :)

Well I didn't have anyone to Skate with until I persuaded my friends to do it ;)

Go, get friends, hit with skateboard until they agree to skateboard ;)

Saturday - Woke up at 6:00 to go to a Skatepark with my friends before it got busy, discovered I had a very sore throat and a cold but decided to go anyway because I was the only one with a board :)

Left house, snow, cold, but the cold air made my throat hurt less and because I was wearing thermals I wasn't cold :D

Turned up at my friends house in Hammersmith only to find that he had fallen back to sleep, had to wake up his dad before he finally got up :O

Got phoned by our friend who had been waiting at the skatepark for an hour, ran quickly ;)

8:30 - made it to Westbourne Park Skatepark and met slightly annoyed friend, discovered that the bowls were completely covered in snow, spent the next 2 hours Skateboarding around until the snow cleared taking occasional breaks to chip the ice off of the board, I didn't skateboard much because I wasn't feeling well, one of the 2 times I went on a ramp I somehow managed to land hard on my right hip for the second time in 4 days ;(

People started turning up at around 9:30 but they left after seeing all of the snow that was left and headed for PS park instead, me and 2 of my friends still had the park to ourselves.

By 10:30 people had started to turn up properly, by 11:00 it had started to get crowded and we left ;(

I practiced Ollies a lot, my friend can now almost make it up a quarter pipe (although he is too scared to try and go down one) and my other friend got fairly good at going down slopes :)

It was fun using my friends big fat vert ramp kneepads (that he uses for Blading) because I could slide down slopes on my knees :D

This diary probably isn't as coherant as it could be because I'm not feeling well, I go sleep now ;(
