Wireplay Instagib (01) Problem

Hi all,

Since Wireplay went to 1.27g I can't login anymore to my favorite Q3 server :Wireplay instagib (1) Q3DM17.

First it tries to D/L OSP 0.99q and then just exit without D/Ling a byte. So I went on fileplanet, grabbed osp pak files and now the game starts but says NET_SENDADDRERROR or sth like that (i ahve a "connection interrupted" msg) and the game just kicks me out. The other servers that use osp and 1.27g just work fine for me.
My brother has exactly the same pb, so I know it's not just me and/or my computer ;)

as well as the stuff you've done, you will need to remove all the custom pk3 files you have in your quake3 folder, remove the instagib mod and then let the server download you the new one. :)

What he means by that is make sure you have 'Auto download' switched on in the game options menu.
Then it will download instagib for ya. :E

I had the same prob. 1st get rid of osp folder go here http://www.orangesmoothie.com/
for the new one. 2nd I deleted my insta config out of the folder then joined the insta servers no probs. Hope that helps.
