...is there an ISDN service that offers a flat subscription-based service?

It's not for me, it's for my brother.

Alternatively, I guess if they've got BT they can get ADSL...?

Doesn't look like much info there m8 but all I did to find it was seach for uk isdn service provider in google search engine. Good Luck.

Forgot to say as well to check most of the major ISP webbys to see if they have any isdn services ie claranet etc?
