Goto the device manager if the card is in there select it and update driver, then direct it to where you have stored those new drivers

i had probs with my isdn ASUS card aswell. Use the drivers on the CD [theyre v. new v 3.6.0]. Delete the card and do a full install. Delete it from device mananger and reboot. Let windows pick up the card and select to install from disk. Browse to ur CD Drive and find the folder on the CD which has the words P-IN100 in its name [THIS IS ASUMING U R USING THE INTERNAL ASUS WHICH HAS NO ANALOGUE PORTS] and the driver called ISDNv98.inf . Windows should then use that driver to install. Then go to control panel/modems and select 'do not detect my modem'. Browse to the P-IN100 folder again and install using the ISDNv98.inf again. It seems like ur installing twice but this is the 'proper' way.
