Discrimination

I have pondered about this 4 a while.
Why is it that we have to pay for the better arena?

I have a free ISP, and don't see why I must use BT's own, or Wireplay ISP, when my phone company is a BT reseller which will remain anon, as I am not here to plug Screaming.net and their Telephone company Localtel who are 10% cheaper than BT at all times, and 6pm - 8am next day in the week, and from 6pm Friday till 8am monday, It's FREE INTERNET TIME!
