error loading initial window - confuzed

I can't get on Wireplay all I get is no response except the 'error loading initial window'? I've never had any problems before. I've just changed my modem but i can get on the internet and have re-installed wireplay.

What's going on?

there were some problems with wireplay earlier but they have been sorted now.

Hey, no fix for ya, but I just DLed it 2 minutes ago and I got the same problem.

Wed's morning same non-response. All I want to know is it my new rather cruddy looking modem? But if I can connect to the internet everywhere else then it has to be either the wireplay program or connection problems on wireplay's side.

One of the most common reasons for getting the "error loading initial page" problem is that what's known as the "login-d" cannot connect you correctly.

Normally the only solution for this is to wait a while and try again later. However we will pass the problem on to the servers guys to see if they can sort it out immediately :wink:

i cant get into wirpelay and havnt been able to
since about 12 last night and as i have 2 pc`s in diff
places with diff isp i know this isnt just my pc

Yeah there is a problem with routing at the mo.
Apparrently ms.com is dead at the mo and WP checks that before working and if that ain't working, WP won't work. :|

It's being looked into as we type but I don't have an eta I'm afraid.

glad aint just me after all-was about to download software again till i read this lot-8pm and i can't get on either-been like it for me since tuesday about 5am so looks like an obvious fault with wireplay server not us.

yup, was fine till about 7pm, but ms site probs again, so wp3 probs again.

we're just gonna have to wait till ms sort emselves out. remember servers are still there if you want to use in game browser, it's just the browser launch that's affected.

Hmmm... apparently the MS sites went down (again). They're back up now.

Lets hope they were sorting out their DNS' so this doesn't happen again :|

Yea. If anybody comes across it over the next couple of days...that's probably what it is....ummm.

MS going down was not something that was anticipated :emb:

If you can't get through on WP try to connect to MSs sites, if you can't ...that's the problem (most likely :rolleyes: )
