Hi ya

Anyone used them before? If so, how long did it take to deliver?

I ordered Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon R3 about 9 days ago, and nothing has arrived.

Can't find any telephone number where I can talk to a person there.

They never replied to my emails either.

Any idea how to contact them by phone?

i got my crouching tiger from them in just over a week although i think the stock is low on them and they're not answering any e-mails on the subject.i thinks it's a case of it will get there when it gets there
just be patient :)

Yup, I have used them loads and they are reliable, if not always the fastest. It took about 2 and a half weeks for my copy of CTHD to arrive (arrived this morning :) )

I think demand has been very high and they are the only etailer offering this R3 version.
