originally, I suggested 32767
now, I personally use 65536
this is if you have ADSL or CM, of course, with a hop range of not more than 13

so far, I have a connection that simply takes the piss

what setting for isdn,i have a little proggy where i can change it :)

8192 sounds fine for a 64Kb connection
if you are hopping less than 13 [say 10], I'd goto 16384.

also check that each hop has pings that are pretty much in the 90s - if you get this in the evenings, I'd definitely goto 16384 [with the fact that you are less than 13 hops away]

tried it, only mentioned I had to set the Discovery to ON - although I don't know what the hell that means tbh

ive followed the tweak thing retested its ok now
dont see any difference though
but open world have probs atm anyway

check out the other subjects from the 30th [about ADSL obviously]

your ADSL's activity is only really seen in effect from a physical connection you can see pinging - from a browser point of view, it's too diverse an area for you to go on one porn website to another and expect the same gains in performance
