How do I change my forum Name???

I cannot for the life of me find out without wiping all of my cookies (which I don't want to do) How to change my username for these forums. I am no longer in {Raven] so its a bit awkward to keep using it :(
any help would be greatful. :)

Send an email to forum.admin@gameplay.com.
But make sure you send it from the email address that the forum account is registered to so they know its your account.
