CD Dilema

i've been asked to build a new PC for a friend, the spec is not a real problem except for the what CD drives to put in, has anyone heard good reports of combined DVDs and writers I am a bit sceptical?! :confused:

also, what the best buy in terms of budget writers - i know the plextor rocks but it is a bit too much for what this guy will do! no need for burn proof, just a run of the mill writer!

Would appreciate any help!

still get a plextor

it's worth the money and your friend would do well to pay over his budget slightly

more than worth it in the short/long run

no point getting something you don't actually want and paying for it later in terms of quality, performance and build
