64mb GTS overclocking problems

Hey im using detinator 6.49 on my geforce GTS 64mb and When i go to control pannels, display, addaptor, GTS, additional propertys it just says there is an error with C:\Windows\system\desk.cpl What causes this and how can if fix it because i love to tweak stuff to the max.
