New HOMEWORLD patch available, does this mean WP can support it??

I've been following the whole Homeworld fiasco with interest (and increasing concern) - mainly because of the nasty precedent it may set for TF2. this is suerb news - and I might well go and buy Homeworld as well as it looks gorgeous :)

Notice it says 'you'll be able to create a dedicated server with some code we'll release soon...' In other words not yet :(

I'm going to try to get straight onto Relic, better talk to the organ grinders etc etc.

Finally downloaded the patch by using the right click menu on the link (Save target as).

In case anyone else has problems this might help.
