Is there such a thing for a PC? or a dual joystick port?

If anyone has any links i would be most grateful

you used to be able to get joystick port splitters (2x two axis/2 button joysticks could then be used).
Also Gravis used to do a joypad setup that allowed up to 4 or 5 joypads to work via the joystick port (very expensive from what i remember it was about £40 for one pad and a special hub or something, and not all games would work with it).
Or you can get add in cards with duel joystick ports.

Remember the most a joystick port can cope with is 4 axis and 4 buttons, it is very old technology (or at least that is most without spending a lot of cash).

Your best bet these days is to get USB joysticks/joypads as you can have loads of them connected at a time with no problems (most PC's have at least 2x USB ports, and you can add a USB hub fo another 2/4/8 ports externally).
I have seen USB joysticks from about £10-15.

I myself have an old-ish flightstick that connects through the joystick port on my SB-Live (also through the keybaord for extra functions) and a MS Sidewinder Precision Pro that connect through the USB port and is more responsive (and much easier to setup).
