Under achiever :(

Hi. I have Duron 600 @ 700 (Multiplier 7) with 192Ram, Voodoo Banshee 8.4Gb (ata33 or 66 i dont know) and my pc seems to be underachieving in general activities in windows. done Scandisk & Defrag too :(

Please explain a bit more about what you mean by this, it's hard to give a decent reply without more details :)

What do you mean by "under achieving"? Slow? Unstable? etc...

Are there any particular programs/games that are causing the most problems?
