people that cheat?

[ACCIDENT]

over the last week ive seen a lot of people doing a speed cheat,running too fast fireing to fast thumping to fast(not just the lag jumps u get).
what is the official line on dealing with them?
ive been warning them to lose the cheat then booting them and then if they return in the same game different name and continue to warp around the map ive been giving them a 1 day ban.
i would like a propper procedure for these sadacts

Its real up to u m8 and all the other ADMINS, theres no rules because every case u see is different, I trust your judgement and all other ADMINS, if u think he/she deserves a 1 day ban then thats what u do.
