The way forward.......

I think this game is great... but we need to get moving :)

I think we need a league... a 1v1 league and a team league.... the only problem is that i can't see we have much of an active user base at the moment :|

So... get pimping guys :)

If i can see the demand is there, i'll start sorting a league out. We could probably start off a 1v1 league now... but it'd be nice if we had some clans :)

We'll have to discuss the formatting of a 1v1 league, would a player be able to play only as one class? or would he be expected to play 2 games, one as each...
We could make a list of vamps, and a list of slayers and just pit them against each other. :)

maybe we get a list of players who enjoy being vamps and others who wanna be slayer

then its simple, just pit slayer vs vamp and we end with 2 champs Master-vamp and Buffy :)

then they can do a 1v1 proper final but they both win, just the slayer has to win to prevent darkness taking over the world

Thats OK as long as there aren't 15 peeps that wanna be slayers and 2 that wanna be vamps...innit.

1v1 v1:
Each Player plays as one type (either vampire or slayer) for a set time (such as 15 or 30 minutes), then a map change takes place. Therefore you get a chance to play them both.

1v1 v2:
Each Player plays as one type (either vampire or slayer) for a set time (such as 15 or 30 minutes). Therefore if you suck at one class, you can be the one you're good at. But there will have to be two parts to the ladder. One for the vampires and one for the slayers.

Team:
6 v 6 etc over a 30 minute map, then a map change and the teams swap over.

Yeah, a 1v1 ladder... could be automated on a webby so we could establish that i official 0Wn everyone as a vamp :E

I think the ladder would have a team of vamps... and a team of slayers. These would fight each other. A player could enter his name for both or just one depending on what he wants to do :)

We do need to start thinking about what/how we are going to lie the underbelly of the ladder or league on though. For instance, how we are going to do the wins, either on Team wins, or personal wins.
