Its a remake and complex version of the old classic ROGUE

When someone downloads and plays this game, I'd be glad to hear a short review or something on here - I never played Rogue so I don't know what it's about and I don't have time to find out right now :)

Well its an ingenious lil thang : )

Where do i start..Ok your first tempted by the promise of a complex romp through ever spawning dungeons,excelent you think, the rules manual reads like some wonderous tempttion all those skills all those character classes you think to yourself i have found the game made 4 me...

The rules and the general interface to the game are cruicial and must be read b4 any thing meaning full takes place with your character, So its advised to have a scan and keep the manual in a lil window on your desktop somewhere...

So you start your character...The first thing that happens is you get a lil horoscope, the date of your birth determines some bonus characteristics, you then get the choice to create a character around these bonuses or ignore them and create a character that you like..

You then get a breif random past history which determines the abilities and skills that you will start the game with..

After naming your character you get ready for the rie of your life.....

The first screen comes up and you think to yourself, is this it, a few squiggles on a screen, hmm this cant be right. But it is thers no fancy graphics in this gameall characters items pickups and the like are all keyboard symbols or letters, now dont get me wrong the first time i played this i thought bloody hell this is dire, but then i suspended my 21century need for a thousand frame sprites, and got into the game..

To round up ok the game is graphicaly inferior to almost everything you see these days but dont let that deter you, once you get into this simplistic yet detailed game you begin to see the magic of it..
