View .PVR files?

I've come across some .PVR files on a disk and would like to take a look at them, anyone?

I think they are files which been recorded by TV cards. So if you have one you can record programs through your TV card into a file format called PVR. What it does is to compile individual frames into animation files which can be played back in real time.

Now I found a program here (http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0,10152,0-10079-110-2785793,00.html?gid=66818&tag=st.dl.10079-100-2785793.dir.10079-110-2785793) which might be some use to you, it supposed to play back PVR files.

I also found this one which isn't as big about 1Meg. Try this one first it looks easier and much better.
