I am a Paladin (cavalier) lvl 20 but I can only cast up to lvl 4 spells is there a limit or something and my wisdom mysterously (ahem) changed to 18 and I still can't cast extra spells so is there away to be able to cast higher spells and more.One final question is there a mace of distruption +2? if so where?

If you're a level 20 Paladin, you've been hacking your game to remove the XP cap (the same, I assume, going for your suddenly-improved wisdom). None of the XP cap removers available will allow your character to gain any more spell levels, so the maximum spell level your paladin can achieve will remain at fourth.

Oh, and the mace of disruption +2 can be gained by taking the mace of disruption +1 and the illithium ore to the dwarf smith, Cromwell, in the Docks district.
