my exchange is full!

Finally bit the bullet and ordered a bt line, and then ordered adsl. My line test passed apparently, which is nice, and I got an initial install date of tuesday week now. BUT, when I called on tuesday they said the exchange was oversubscribed. ARGH! They reckoned it would take two days for the engineers to sort it out. Today, I called again and they said that they only heard yesterday that the exchange was oversubscribed. Ah, but no, I said... Anyway, I might still get it soon, or not. Damn you early adopters!

if mine goes above 60 i reconnect .
make a note of the ip addresses that work well and those that dont.
ive found that the ones that start 62.1 are terrible

BT Anytime is a 56k service accident mate so if you reconnected everytime you get over 60 you would never use it ;)
