Ordering B&W from Gameplay

I've ordered many games before with Gameplay, but the last two I purchased (which we're released on a friday) didn't arrive till the Monday after. Now, if I order B&W over the net, I want to make sure that it will arrive on the day of release. What do I need to do to get that? Pay the extra for the first class post or what?

You'd be better asking in the Shop forum, but I think it should reach you on release day if you've pre-ordered it. Maybe you were just unlucky with the last 2 games?

I've gone with Gamesstreet and they better get it to me. Does anyone know if WHSmith are taking pre-orders for it yet? I don't have a local Game/Eb :(

I ordered my copy from gameplay at the start of January, and paid the extra £1 for 1st class post.If it don`t arrive on release day then it`s the last time I pre-order anything:wink:

Ive heard nothing but bad news about wireplay shop so im pre ordering from 5 different shops at newcastle and will phone each up on the day to see if they have it in and first 1 that does gets me money!

I have ordered B&W from Gameplay and they promised Peter Molyneaux himself will deliver and install the game the day before release before giving me a 4 hour tutorial, followed by a trip down the pub.

I got Red Alert 2 from theslammer.com and it arrived 2 weeks late. But, i did save a tenner. In the end it didnt work proper on my pooter so i sold it....for a profit :D
So u might want to keep clear of the slammer.
