Lots of release date rumours surrounding gamespots B&W special coverage, i read on the lionhead boards that gamespot have been given sole permission to announce the release date first!
At the moment gamesspot.com (us) has a 5 day special and Gamespot.co.uk has a 12 day one?
Why the different periods?
Could it be that at the end of the special gamespot will announce the release date - or indeed that the end of the special = the release date..
Whatever, theres gonna be some cool stuff in both the sites specials - and im gonna keep a close eye on it. :)

30th was the last official lionhead date - and is 'the latest possible' according to them.
I think the difference in legnth of the gamespot specials ties in with ea releasing b&w in the US one week before here. But i couold be wrong :)

I have been emailed a due date now on the 6th April, by the Gameplay auto thingy, lets hope it's wrong (although at my age waiting by the letter box for a new game to drop through is a thing of the past :()
