steps to report cheaters and tk'rs

sorry i don't want to appear ignorant but could some1 give me the step by step proceedure for reporting cheaters etc, WHO, WHAT AND WHERE ETC :)

Presuming it's counter strike ;)

Connect to: irc.gameplay.com
And join: #wpcsl

Admin's will be the ones with ops(@ in front of their name), so try and speak to one of them.

A slightly more detailed step by step guide:

1. Download an IRC client (http://www.mirc.co.uk/)
2. Fill in the details for Full name, email (doesn't have to be true) and nickname.
3. Either: Add a new IRC server; irc.gameplay.com (or another Quakenet server (http://www.quakenet.eu.org/))
Or: press ok and type in the editbox /server irc.gameplay.com
4. Upon connecting close the channel window and type /join #wpcsl to join the Counter Strike admins channel. If you don't want a Counter Strike Admin then join #wireplay instead and ask for the channel of the game you need an admin for.

Alternatively:
Goto http://irc.gameplay.com and click on the chat now button, then follow step 4 to get to the channel you need.
