OMG wtf is wrong with the image quality?

I put the first episode on and it is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY grainy!

Nothing wrong with mine... but then I'm not an image whore :P

It's a TV show so for me as long as it's not worse than TV (and usually it's better), I don't mind.

Is that the sound of a million DVD enthusiasts scoffing somewhere?! :laugh:

I noticed it on only a few epiodses, thought it was me monitor dying, cos it is, :D, but the rest, even on the same DVD are alright

ya - the others are fine - more like watching it on Sky than on BBC2.
Shame that some episodes look like a VCD :/

99% of it is fine. but you just a few scenes were its awful. The first DVD did it too.

Guess its just down to the quality of tape it was recorded onto.

Yeah know what you mean, there's the occasional shot that looks dodgy. Like on the first disc, right at the start of.... the one where Spike turns up (forget real name). When Xander says "As long as nothing bad happens" near the beginning the quality's a bit poor and there seems to be a stretching effect.

But the rest is fine. I watched 2 more last night, I can't wait for the other box sets :D
