View Full Version : Memento on DVD?
Does anyone know when Memento is due out for sale in the UK on DVD? , I loved it when i saw it, cant wait to own a copy :)
I don't belive I've heard that film. Is that a UK only film?
No it was a great little American film from last year, with Guy Pierce (LA confidential), Carrie Ann Moss (The Matrix), Joe Pantoliano (The Fugitive, The Matrix). About a bloke investigating the death of his wife in an attack at their home. The problem being he suffers chronic memory loss after the attack. The film has a strange structure, instead of seeing conventional film where u see the first scene and then see events unfold in the next scenes, in Memento u see the film in reverse. You see the last scene first, and then it moves to the scene that preceded it, and so on. It essentially runs in reverse. It should'nt work, but it does excellently.
I dont suppose im describing it too well, but its difficult to put in a nutshell. :). Try here:

It came out to rent on DVD in the UK about a month back, so i was wondering if anyone knew when it would be up for sale.
