Ok who should take them?

I think It would be best to have six elder positons:-

Red Elder = Overall head of Melee characters
Blue elder = Overall head of Nano based characters
White elder= Overall head of Projectile based characters
Black elder= Overall head of Black Ops
Green elder=Overall head of guild politics
Silver elder= Overall head of Over seas players

These people will be responible for running the guild and making the important decisions and general running of the guild in there selected areas.

As time goes by we could appoint Advisors to these elders to help them with the jobs as the guild grows.

EVERYONE should have a say in what happens in the guild and important decisions will not be taken until a vote has taken place to allow members to decide on what will happen then the elders will make the final decision.

The thing I see as most important is that we have aa high level of communication. ALL members must register on the forum. We should try and help are membersa find hunting partners as this will help develop a community within are guild and help are members when they are in trouble.
All guild members should not feel afraid to report incidents to the elders - the elders should remain neutral in any situation till a verdict has been reached.


Player killing.
Ok- we are not random pk's, as I see it theres no point in making someones else life a misery by your actions.

IF the a person attacks you take him down
If the person is Moni alligned it is a free kill (this is a WAR)
you may take pity on lower level omni's and escort them away from rebel land- in the process giving them a stark warning of what will happen if they come back.
if you see someone pk'ing for no reason its a free take down.
if someone kills one of are members they will be added to are wanted list - all members can and are ordered to kill these people on sight.

Whilst good ideas, I`m thinking that we should focus much more on individual groups. Instead of leaders based around classes, why not have team leaders. What I mean is :

Team One Leader
Team Two Leader
..
Team n Leader

This gives us much more versatility. Each team will be given a seperate forum to converse in, and they should hold meetings every week or so. This should form the guild into a much more cohesive unit.

Hmm good idea- I would still like for the guild to meet for a mass meeting once a week (or twice a month).

I would still like to members of different teams meeting and hunting with each other. I see the advantages of this set up as it weould allow a certain number of people to get to know each other fighting styles and help create a better all round fighting unit.

Exactly. This way, we have seperate units, entirely capable of fending for themselves, with people they can call on as backup. Only problem is .. what size should the teams be ?

We should put people in groups depending on a number of factors

[list]
time zone
profession (we don't want a team full of doctors)
skill level (putting a less skilled person in with a a group of higher skilled people will enable them to learn the game)
relationship (we should try an get friends in one group so people din't feel alone but also have a number of unknow people in as well to help form a guild community)

To start with the teams should be 15-17 people strong this will enable us to hit are 50 player limit for the first period.

Btw, to get the list to stop, use the [/*list] command. Leave out the * though.
