Ignore 'em bud.

Price guides don't mean ****... Prices fluctuate depending on location, time, state of the industry, state of the writer/artist/inker, and a whole bunch of other variables...

Once you're in the know... You won't have any problem at all in guessing your prices... You won't ever be 100% accurate, but then... Neither will they.

Its a "guide" and I would only use it as such for pricing due to reasons that I stated before. Older stuff holds more of a constant pricing and it is worth buying the yearly "Overstreet Price Guide" and maybe some of the updates they produce for the indepth info it contains other than actual prices [ artists, key issues info, etc ].
