So, after all the needless thread closure I am leaving GP and it's forum for a life of less flaming and more chillin' on other boards

Mainly due to the needless and quite pathetic closures of alot of important issues - Easliegh the forum may well be about discussing, but when the people who play the game and come here have disagreements it seems logical to let some topics go that are important - not to needlessly close and disrespect the emotions in them - as you have done.

You say this is "your" forum.........well, it's not. This is OUR forum...the players of pso. That attitude is why so many people have been driven away to other forums or to nothing at all. I had nothing to do with you for most of my time here.......and then in 2 days I realised that was lucky for me. Have fun modding a soon empty forum.

To everyone else - thx u all. I've had many,many fun hours here and on pso. I will be back on pso and if you see me you could do alot worse than give me a shout......

Nice to see that you've returned to the forums Easileigh, no doubt this will be closed soon. The way that anything you don't like you close, isn't very good. I'm not one to pass judgement not being a mod, but you could do a better job I think

Ok, for 1, you seemed to have left the PSO forums and you were happily posting away on the wrestling one. For 2, I don't think ALL of those needed to be closed, like DJ's, he was just apologisng, but you closed it for some reason. For 3, what I meant was that, no, I'm not a mod so I don't know how hard it is, but I'm sure you could do a MUCH better job

pehaps they dont have the other's email, or maybe others were involved? the only reason there was moer than one thread was because it kept getting closed!

either way their has been some over zealous use of the 'close thread' button, but i dont want this to turn into a stupid bickering forum, so lets all be friends and forget about it eh? :E

Khardynal chose to post that thread, so he wanted to have people talk about him. DJ was just apologising to Ade. Why these threads needed to be closed I have no idea.

No other mods seem to have a problem with talking about their modding ability in the forum apart from you, or even talking about mods in general

I thought it had been widely accepted that there was no need for any more mods, with the supermods (RED, Spring, Syn?) having mod control on this forum. So you had no worries there.

Easlileigh, i do think u have been using the close thread button a bit much, and i think that if this continues. You will find yourself moderating a very empty forum...
Just because you are a mod doesnt mean you are all powerful and whatever you say, goes! Being a mod is for helping other people, and if this here thread is closed, i think a little old trip down to modding standards should be organised!

Everyone dissing Easileigh:- stfu, you don't know what you are talking about. Easileigh is being a great mod, he don't close many threads, you lot just moan. Every thread closure here he has been totally justified in doing. Remember, he has been here a lot longer than lots of you, & knows the rules, & as a fellow moderator, I can say he has been modding this place great, tho I think he may be a bit too light on post deletion & thread closure. :)
