Preordering from Gameplay?

I've just noticed that Gameplay have AO available to preorder; how is this possible if it's not supposed to come out in the UK until September? Do they have an exclusive? I don't want to preorder from GP only to find they can't supply it.

Well I have just bit the bullet and ordered it from Gameplay ...

If they can't deliver (which wouldn't surprise me with this company's history) I'll have to spend £50 to get it direct from Funcon ... as it is, I'd rather take a chance on getting it for £30. even if Gameplay can't deliever, I'll still have it a few days after the 29th anyway ...

Perhaps my naturally cinical view of Gameplay is about to be put to rest ... just noticed this little snippet ...

In response to huge customer demand we are importing this title from Sweden. We have had no news of an official UK release date.
