Can't escape :(

In the ffa arena now and I can't quit!
My escape button don't work, though I can ctrl+esc out to windows.

Any ideas?

right click on the taskbar button for AA and hit close :)

Sometimes happens to me, normally alt tab out, then go back in and it works....
If not just close AA down, and go back in and it works again.
