my f2s.com site is not working, help!

http://www.tfc-tactics.f2s.com is the url I signed up for etc but after I uploaded my files etc I went to check the site and it came up with this :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache/1.3.19 Server at http://www.tfc-tactics.f2s.com Port 80

Any ideas? I signed up on thursday.

Could be that you don't have any HTML/PHP files in the root directory (as the server could be setup not to do directory listings)?
