How do you get the game to work!!

I've just brought anarchy online and have installed it every time I start it up and enter my login and password it says The dimension you want to play on is down at the moment. I downloaded all the patches to see if that helped but when I try to install them corrupt some files in anarchy online and it tells me to reinstall which i've done 5 times and each time it corrupts them please help!!

Are you patching the game in the correct order?

i.e. v11.0 to 11.3 2mb patch, 11.3 to 11.4 11mb patch and finally 11.4 to 11.5 700kb?

Thanks for the help I've gotten it to work now I redownloaded the patch I think it may have been corrupt.
